Summer Mission Project

SMP 2005

In response to the devastation of the 2004 hurricane season, we will be responding to God's call to serve one another by going to a hurricane-ravaged area for rebuilding and rehabilitation.

Please note that the trip planning team will be reviewing all applications and may request an interview with an applicant for further insight about answers given in the application.

All applications are due by JANUARY 1, 2005!!

A $100 deposit must be received for the application to be considered complete. We will be accepting only 45 participants this year (15 adults, 30 aged 25 and under) on a first-come, first-served basis.

Incomplete applications or applications received after January 1, 2005 will go on a waiting list and the applicant will be notified if a space opens up.

$50 of the deposit will be returned for cancellations. Final balance will be calculated based on fundraising efforts of all participants.

Due to purchasing plane tickets and finding adequate adult leadership, we must be firm with the deadline.

No exceptions can be made.
